<p>Hello everyone, I´m an international student from Dominican Republic and i want to study in the US in a Civil Engineering Master Program (Structural Engineering) the problem is that i don´t know which University I can apply because i graduated with a 2.9 gpa. GRE Q:750, V: 380 TOEFL ibt :90 . (I don´t care if the tuition is expensive)</p>
