HELP Regarding chances when applying for Masters In Financial Engineering

HI !!

I want to apply for Masters in Financial Engineering (MFE) at a reputed college in the USA.
I am looking to pursue Ph.D in the same field immediately after this Masters Degree.

I am looking at the following universities:
1. Carnegie Mellon University-Computational Finance
2. Princeton University- Master in Finance
3. Columbia University- Financial Engineering
4. New York University- Mathematics in Finance
5. Baruch College- Financial Engineering
6. Stanford University- Financial Mathematics
7. University of California- Financial Engineering
8. Columbia University- Mathematics of Finance
9. Massachusetts Institute of Technology Master of Finance
10. University of Michigan- Financial Engineering

A quick review of my stats are as follows - 7.8 CGPA, GRE(Quant-167, Verbal-139, Analytical-4), Undergrad in Computer Science, PG Diploma in Financial Planning(1 yr)(including accounting & quantitative techniques), CFA Candidate, Working as sub-broker for reputed Stock-broking firm in India for last 6 months, strong programming skills, strong ECs, and strong recommendations from professors.

In which of the above mentioned programs the chances of my acceptance are the brightest? Which university should I apply if I am willing to continue as a Ph.D student immediately after my Masters degree?
Which university is most likely to provide a financial aid to cover tuition fees?

Please find the Graduate School section of the forums for related questions. This area is for undergrad admissions. Be aware people rarely give ‘chances’ for grad school.
