DNA and RNA are both nucleic acids that are essential to life. However, they differ in several ways. Which of the following is NOT true about the differences between DNA and RNA?

(A) DNA is double stranded, while RNA is single stranded.
(B) DNA is found in the nucleus of the cell, while RNA is mainly found in the cytoplasm.
(C) DNA contains the nitrogenous base thymine, while RNA uses uracil in its place.
(D) DNA and RNA have different sugars in their sugar-phosphate backbones.
(E) DNA is found in eukaryotes, while RNA is found only in prokaryotes and viruses.

I chose E, but the answer given is A. Is the answerkey wrong? B/c I am quite sure some viruses have ssDNA. :(

remove please, posted in wrong place I think :X

^ it's false because there are some viruses that have single-stranded DNA, and there are other viruses that have double-stranded RNA. So DNA is not always double-stranded, and RNA is not always single-stranded.
