I know this will be another one of many threads to find colleges, but I would greatly appreciate any suggestions by anyone.

I am a rising senior attending a very competitive public high school in north suburban Chicago.

GPA (academic): 4.96(my schools gives a 5.0 if you get an A in an honors or AP).
I have taken all honors and AP classes and received one B in English this past year.

Test Scores: ACT 35
PSAT 221 (I think I'm going to be a finalist. hopefully)
AP Calc BC 5
AP Lang and Comp 5
AP USH 5
This year I'm going to be taking 4 more APs and Advanced Topics where I get credit from a community college.

Extracurriculars:

Freshmen: Math Team
Orchestra
Amnesty International
Badminton (freshmen team)

Sophomore: Math Team
Symphony Orchestra (1st violin)
Badminton (JV)
Environmental Club ( I started it with a friend and was co-prez)
Academic Bowl

Junior: Math Team
Symphony Orhcestra
Environmental Club (co-prez)
Peer Tutor
Model UN

I prefer smaller colleges (max 8,000 ish. less is preferable). Because of this, I've recently been attracted to LACs. Also, I would like strong economics, international studies/relations, and environmental departments.

I have lived in the US for 14 years, but I am not a citizen or a permanent resident yet (we are in progress though and we could get our green card earliest by next month). But because I can't be sure when I will get it, I may end up having to apply as an international student and finances are very limited (my parents make about 20Kish). So schools with good financial aid are musts.

I have brainstormed several reaches, but I'm having trouble with matches and safeties. However, this does not mean I am not open to more reach suggestions. Any suggestions will be welcomed.
