Help The Canadian!

I'm Canadian. Live and go to school in Canada.
I also have this outrageous dream of going to Harvard, and not just because of the name. I acutally like the uni for what it is.
Can you please give me a realistic and truthfull answer as to my likelyhood of getting into this university?

Here is a very very brief outline of my situation:

-83% average. [We had an assignemnt that destroyed one class for the entire grade... main reason why Im panicking... dropped my average 4%]
-SAT just below 2000 on first try. Re-doing in Jan.
-Waiting for my SAT II this week.
-I am Latvian and extrmely active int he Latvian community.
-I have extensive leadership experience.
-I do A TUN of activities. In all of these activites I am etiher in an elite positoin or at the highest level [prior to world status... ]
some of these include [to keep it brief]:
1. piano
2. peer tutoring
3. latvian folk dancing
4. president of ontario students against impaired driving
5.peer councelling
6.ballet
7.track and field
8.swim team
9.cross country
10.singing - [solo, and in ensembles... 4 ensembles to be exact]
11.flute
12. a variety of latvian instruments
13. girl guides

those are just a few. literally.

-I am fluent in 4 languages.
-I take the most rigorous courses available to me.
-I have alot of community work - very involved.
-I do alot of sports.
-Very passionate about learning, etc etc.
-I attend a latvian highschool on friday nights
-I attend a latvian school during the summer.

etc etc.

-very good recommendation letters, one of which came from Princeton alumni

I'd say <10% chance. Sorry.

thats' okay.
thank you for the reply!

but just out of curiousity - why? would it be bcause of the average?
SAT scores?
and what would I need to do to improve my chances.

btw - the average is not all 4 years. only this year. other years do have considerably higher makrs - as far as I understand, they receive my transcript in which they see all of my marks.
