i am applying early to a colllege and on the common app, i filled out my ACT, subject test, and Ap scores. I then went on the ACT website and submitted my scores to the college, as i know is required. however, do i actually have to report the AP and subejct test scores too? or is it enough to just type them on the college app? is it better if i report them? i received good scores on all of them, so i definitely want to send them to the college if the colleges prefer that. thanks

alright thanks for all the help everyone…

You do not need to submit official AP scores – it is enough to list them on the Common App. You only need to have official AP scores sent to a school once you are admitted. If you are taking any AP tests in May of your senior year you will probably know where you are attending by then and can designate the school to receive your scores at that time.

For SAT Subject tests, if your scores are very good, besides listing them on the Common App, you may want to submit them. If SAT Subject tests are required for admission, then definitely you need to send them. If they are optional, then you may want to contact the Admissions Office and ask if they want official scores sent.
