HELP! What is the best dorm/apt for transfers!

Hey guys, I was just admitted to USC as a transfer. I was assigned to Annenberg house but I read on an earlier thread that Annenberg isn't that sociable and you really will not know anyone else there besides your roommates.

So where is the best place for incoming transfers to live if you are looking to meet a bunch of cool people? I read New/North is good but mostly freshman live there. How about Troy East or Troy Hall? Where have former transfer's had a good time at their first year at USC?

Thanks and FIGHT ON!

Same here, I got assigned to Annenberg as well.

I was also assigned to Annenberg as well. I’m thinking of declining it and submitting the housing app again. It’s too far from campus, and its reputation as unsociable doesn’t help either. Hopefully I get Parkside, Webb, Century or Cardinal Gardens in my second attempt.
