Hey, Guys!
I have been wanting to go to a school internationally (I'm from the US) for some time, but i am having trouble finding the one that works best for me.

my unweighted GPA: 3.24
SAT Score: 1860 -- but i plan on taking a prep class and retaking it in the fall too
I don't know my weighted GPA but for AP's i have taken / will take next year are Statistics, Language and Composition, Physics, AB Calc, and Gov. & Politics.
I want to (am pretty sure) major in actuarial science or some other mathy major, with the intention of becoming an actuary. I feel that college in the UK would be great for me because i have always wanted to go (and possibly live) there, and this would be the perfect opportunity.

The only downside is that i can only afford about 30 - 40K a year (max). So i am naturally worried about international fees. Also, if it makes any difference, i am a legal citizen of Ireland so i don't know if that may transfer to other EU nations when it comes to international fees (??)

-- I also wanted to note that though i love math and want to continue it in a career, i am not amazing at it (90 average) and probably would not succeed at the more challenging schools in the UK.
