<p>A friend of mine has been admitted to Northeastern but when trying to create an account, receives this message:</p>

<p>Your account cannot be resolved. Please see the appropriate page below to submit a trouble ticket for assistance.</p>

<p>She's tried emailing and calling them various times but they were no help. Anyone know how to fix this issue? thanks!</p>

<p>im going to call them. this is ridiculous.</p>
