Help with college decision for prospective CS major

I live in PA and was admitted for Computer Science at:
Penn State Main (26k/yr)
Pitt (30k/yr)
Maryland CP (40k/yr)
Obviously, Penn State is the cheapest because I am in-state, but I have heard that Maryland has a really strong CS program. Also, Pitt is very highly ranked. Money is an issue, but I value increased opportunities for internships and future employment as being worth an increased initial investment.
Does anyone have any input on the three options?
Thanks

Given that money is an issue, I’d go with Penn State. It is a strong program. Is UMD-CP better? Yes, but not enough to overcome the $14K difference for someone with financial constraints.

Do you have direct admission to the CS major at each school? If not, have you checked how difficult admission to the CS major will be?

Yes, I was accepted to CS for each of the three schools
