HELP with major, gradschool advice

Im currently an international Telecom Engineering student in a college abroad. I want to have the opportunity to go to Grad school in USA once i finish( Almost in Senior Year) to do something in Project Management or related. The thing is i have a 2.6 GPA, could get it to 2.8-2.9 region if i finish, combined with really bad transcripts. Yes i have a lot of A's in freshman and sophmore, tons of B's C's but also some F's down there. 8 to be exact. All this happenend in during sophomore and Junior recently. I know my chances of getting in ANY school are very slim with this kind of.grades.

Due to this struggles and awful results in Telecom, im considering switching to an Industrial Engineering major which has more Project Mgmt topics which i like and will probably succeed in, and will have a better chance in Grad.school to specialize in something i could thrive.Problem is, i would have to spend extra time to fulfill this (two semesters).I dont know which way to choose, stay struggling, suffering in Telecom or choose another path i may like and have a future education in.

Any advices please?!!
