Thanks to anyone who can answer my question promptly.

I am applying to Villanova and Providence College early action and the application due dates are November 1. I have everything else done but I messed up on the reporting SAT scores. I just figured that you paid the money and that they submitted them electronically. It was bad judgement on my part and I still haven't sent them. When I went to send them today it looked like I should do "rush" to get them there by the application deadline. However, since admissions offices are closed on the weekends I have no idea if they accept rushed scores. If anyone can help me out here and tell me whether they accept them I would really appreciate it.

Also, one last question. If I took the SAT for a second time in October will those scores be sent automatically?

Do the scores have to be official or not? if not you can just fax them/snail mail the copy of your score report. If they do have to be official and your school doesnt list your scores on your transcript you will have to pay collegeboard to send the scores.

Thanks for the quick reply.. They have to be officially sent but I screwed up and didn't realize that it takes 3-5 weeks to send them out. My application due date is 4 days away so I was thinking I should do rush delivery.

At Providence College, most October test scores arrive in the office after November 1 - and they are considered on time for early action candidates. Since files are constantly updated and no decisions are finalized until the middle of December at the earliest, files constantly receive updated information (recommendations, etc.). As long as the application and supplement are postmarked by November 1, and the rest of the credentials arrive in a reasonable amount of time, the application is considered on time.
