Help with school list, engineering

I've made this post once before on the site, but someone recommend i put it in the engineering forums, so please take a look.

I need help making my list..or narrowing it down per say. I'm looking for good engineering but also opportunities elsewhere so i dont wanna go to a tech school. I need something that has a good nice environment (I applied to UPenn early and I love it if that gives you an idea). And for lower level schools I need money to make it worth going to over Rutgers which is a full ride. I generally am looking for schools that give out good grants...so not just for lower tier schools. SAT: 800M, 720V, 740W; SATII: 800 math 1, 790 math 2, 800 physics; weighte GPA: 5.67/6; ranked 13/474; all the hardest classes, APs and all that good stuff; I have a huge list that I need to narrow down, but also I'm open for good suggestions. The list is as follows, no particular order: Dartmouth, Swarthmore, Hopkins, Duke, Cornell, Penn State, UMD, UVA, Columbia, Stanford (dunno about the dist..i live in jersey), lafayette, rutgers, tufts, BU, Cooper, Princeton

Any help is appreciated thanks

Good choice with going Penn! From firsthand experience, Penn gives much better grants than Hopkins and Cornell.

Help..anyone?? bump
