I really need help.. I want to go to Harvard, but i have no idea what to do and how to start. I'm just reading some of the stuff here, and it's like everyone's Super genius!! What do i need to do? What kind of scores do i need to get? What are good extra-extracurriculars? What are some good contests to enter?

First of all you are looking at this all wrong. Harvard doesn't care about which contests you win or how many activities you do. Yes, those are important but what they care about is what type of student are you? Are you a leader or a follower? Do you take advantage of every opportunity presented to you? Will you back down from a challenge? Will you work hard and learn from your mistakes? Those are the questions you should be thinking about (Of course a solid academic background with a strong GPA, strong test scores, and strong recs are essential as well)

yuo show them who you are through your essays. if you try to win all these contests and try to act like your something else just to impress the adcoms they'll see through it, just be you and write good essay, and of course what blueduckie says is a given (scores, GPA all that good stuff)
