High School Activities?

<p>Ok, I'm looking at Form 1B of the Penn application. It says that we should list the activities and awards received during high school or college years. So should we only put our college activities? Also, what should I put for "grade participated"? Freshman year in college(there isn't a lot of space)? Any help, especially from those accepted/attending a school through transfer admissions is appreciated.</p>
