Testing stuff came about a month ago, but new school stuff hasn’t. We start Aug. 13th

I have everything, now I’m just anxiously waiting for August 8th so I can finally see my schedule!

Me too. I know when my Honors English is, but I’m drawing a blank on the rest

Ha I don’t know when and where any of my classes are. I get my schedule on July 16th and I’ll probably take a tour that day too. My school’s pretty big in size and population (3200+) and I don’t want to be the fool walking around with their nose stuck in a map.

hello fellow class of 16’ers
i’m a tad late as this thread started like 3 months ago but whatever… i just read everything and you guys are weird… in a good way :o)
i have no idea what i’m taking since i transferred from mississippi to california

so yep… super excited about starting a new public highschool after coming from a small town private school… not really :/

by the way, the name is lia!

I’m from Mississippi too (in Georgia now)

@Swinter: and don’t buy any elevator passes from the seniors

Oh yay, good job for coming out of lurking!

Welcome, lia! Thanks for taking the time to read all the nonsense posted on here lol. And hey, don’t knock public school til you try it ;)

Random: sometimes when I type things, I capitalize every word (like in a book title). And people say it sounds like I’m yelling, when it’s not in all-caps.

I had a science teacher in seventh grade who was this scary former army guy (he went to west point) who wrote in all caps and talk yelled.

I don’t get my schedule until the first day of school :(

We had a sub like that. He was a mike general and 1/2 blind.

I shoulda said capitalize the 1st letter

Oh, I know what you mean. My friend texts like that.

Lol
They are like “Why are you yelling” them I go, “…”
It’s a habit :P

Haha. At least you don’t do the whole ghetto typing thing. Or do you? o.O haha

Chatspeak? Not really. :D

lol i do that

I do the common ones. But I don’t mix letters & numbers

No, I don’t mean chatspeak. I mean ghetto typing.
