Hi juniors! I wanted to start a thread to talk about how we’re going to approach college.
With COVID-19 it’s hard to navigate what our fall will look like and even how the college application process will go.
Feel free to share your thoughts and concerns or discuss stats/colleges or just school in general.
My biggest concern, in regards to applying to college, is about schools that are going test optional. I have a 33 on my ACT, which falls into the middle 50% of most of the schools that I am looking to apply to. I know that it’s not a bad score, and I plan on submitting it, but I’m not sure how test scores will be weighted if only some students submit it, and since it’s such an average score, I don’t know if it will help or hurt me.
