High School

Could anyone help me find something that helps guide high schoolers through each year, freshman to senior year? Something that would give suggestions as to when to start preparing for the SAT and stuff like that.Thanks.

Did you check with the GC or CC at your HS? They usually have printed materials available on this kind of thing, by the month when it gets to jr/sr year.

They didn't give us anything and this is for my younger brother. He's in eighth grade, so I meant from freshman year all the way to the end of senior year. He needs help with time management and stuff like that. If there's any FREE resources that would be great. :)

try collegeboard.com

I found stuff for college, but nothing for high school specifically on collegeboard.com. Anyone else?

creat an account on collegeboard, it is helpful.

Will it give me access to the information I'm requesting if I do create an account?

They send you annoying emails about what to do at different times. That seems to be what you want.

Plan for College - Study Skills - High School Action Plans

Collegeboard.com definitely has a breakdown like that. But finding things on that site is pretty hard... and yeah probably requires an account.

yeah just make an account on Collegeboard - which you [he, i mean] should do anyway so he can easily sign up for SATs and whatnot - and they'll send you pesky emails all the time like, oh, the one I just got: "DECEMBER OF YOUR SENIOR YEAR - TIMELINE" or something like that, lol.
