High Tuition + High Aid = Higher Prices for All?

<p>CA residents just passed Prop 30 last year, which calls for an increase in the state sales and other taxes to fund a bunch of things (due to prior years’ cuts) including a big allotment to higher education. UC and CSU tuition increases, some of the fastest growing in the nation, halted.</p>
