<p>First, you have to define what "race" is, if it exists at all. You have to make sure that race is separate from culture. For example, the "white" race is nothing more than a loosely defined federation of pale-skinned European Caucasians who insist upon race so that lesser white ethnics can leech off the recent accomplishments of the British, French, and Germans. I never understood why racists insist upon saying "whites invented this and whites invented that" when it was mostly Germans or Brits; I don't get why a Pole or Romanian should get credit for that. Because they kind of look alike? Wow, what a stupid reason.</p>

<p>I believe that intelligence is largely based on environment rather than genetics. For example, Koreans are supposed to be really smart, right? Well, how come North Korea isn't leading the world is any kind of intellectual field? Obviously, because of their miserable situation. The kinds of intelligence that we recognize, such as academic prowess, generally cannot thrive in a poor and resourceless environment. </p>
<p>If we look at civilizations, then we can see that periods of genius come and go like the tides, from the Mesopotamians to the Egyptians to the Greeks to the Mongols to the Western Europeans to the Chinese to the Ottomans, and on and on. The Europeans gave themselves a great advantage by inventing the concept of race and racism at the height of their time of brilliance. </p>

<p>Hitler showed that even in a whites-only world that some racists dream of, there can be many problems. For examples, what about those no-good Slavs, who are obviously the "blacks" of Europe. The Nordics do all the work, and those dirty immigrants from east of the Iron Curtain take up all our jobs! </p>
<p>What's so hypocritical about racism is that it's not about race at all, it's all just about the most superficial of appearances. For example, Jews are Semites, just like Arabs. Yet white-looking Jews can change their name and pretty much fit into WASP society (i.e. Ralph Lauren). Indians and Persians are Caucasians, and are of the same race as Europeans, but like they'll ever be accepted as "white". So a white-looking Semite is more white than a real Caucasian? There is no science behind this, just shallow prejudice.</p>
