HMC vs. ASU vs. ND vs. SCU

…I know, I know!
(In case it's not clear: Harvey Mudd College, Arizona State—the honors college, Notre Dame, and Santa Clara University).

I'm currently planning on a biomed-kind of engineering (not an official option at many places, but I'd be able to take appropriate classes) with the hope of going to medical school (not an orthodox choice, I suppose…)

At ASU, I have a full tuition scholarship (due to National Merit status); at Notre Dame and Santa Clara, I have half tuition. Mudd has given me nothing. I am not Catholic. I've visited the schools, and I've neither fallen in love with any of them enough to override financial/other concerns nor found that I intensely disliked any of them.

What do I do? Anything I should be thinking about in particular?

Given how expensive medical school is, lower cost has a strong pull. How much debt would each school require?

What college GPA thresholds are there to retain any scholarships at each school?

Yea all of them are great so choose the cheapest one i.e Barret. Notre Dame is also cool if you don’t like big schools. I don’t see any reason to pay full price and attend Harvey Mudd since other peer schools are giving you merit aid.
