HMMI Undergrad Science Grants Announced

<p>The Howard Hughes Medical Institute is the largest scientific research philantrophic organization in the country and the largest sponsor of undergrad science research.</p>

<p>Every four years, HMMI invites undergrad baccalaureate colleges and masters degree universities to compete for four-year grants to support undergrad science education and research.</p>

<p>Yesterday, HMMI announced the 2008 recepients totaling $60 million awarded to 48 schools:</p>
