I am an international student and have enrolled at Hofstra for fall 2014, computer science. I chose to live on campus.
Picking a dorm is difficult for me since I haven't visited the college. I have decided to go for The netherlands, but there are so many building with in the Netherlands, its difficult for me to pick the best one. Can someone who is a current student or has visited Hofstra guide me about the best Netherlands Building. Its would be great if you suggested more than one as the applications asks for choices and also which are better: North Netherland building? Please help!

Hi Pictionary,
I am a current sophomore student here at Hofstra! As far as the Netherlands are concerned, every house in the Netherlands complex is set up exactly the same! There is no difference between houses, except the distance you have to walk to get to them(which is not far at all!). If distance is a main concern, on the North side, Tilburg and Delft are the closest houses to the Netherlands core! However, some of the houses are themed living communities for Freshmen, for example, The Hague House is the arts house where typically drama and dance students live. Aside from that, all of the houses in the Netherlands are great places to live for all Freshmen!
Hope this helps you! If you have any more questions, you can message me! -HofstraCarly
