This shows on my account as hold. Does that mean I cannot register for the upcoming semester also or it is not included. Please let me know. And I do have outstanding balance which I need to pay but trying to make sure if it includes my registration also

I agree…you probably owe money and they won’t let you register for the next semester if you haven’t paid for this semester. Contact the bursar/financial people at your school.
Yep. Most schools won’t let you register if you have an outstanding balance due.
