Holy cross is unranked? What RNP means?

I search Holy cross in US ranking but it is labelled RNP and I dont understand what it means. I have asked some people abt Holy cross and they gave good feedbacks. But it is unranked?

You didn’t specify which ranking source you accessed, but RNP is likely to mean “Rank Not Published.” In USNWR, College of the Holy Cross is ranked 34th in the National Liberal Arts Colleges Category.

I searched in US news ranking

There is College of Holly Cross in Worscester, MA, which is on US News list and which is a Jesuit school. there is also Holy Cross in South Bend, IN, which had been a two year associates’ program and converted to a full four year program in the last ten years. Holy Cross in IN does a good job with kids who may be first generation college students or who may not be quite ready for a large, sink or swim school. It is smaller, quite supportive environment. Holy Cross in IN is run by the CSC, the same order of priests which runs Notre Dame, I believe.

The real Holy Cross is the one in Massachusetts. The other one until quite recently was still called Holy Cross Junior College and dropped the junior when it converted to a 4 year college.

I’d say the real College of the Holy Cross is in Massachusetts. It appears that the real Holy Cross College is in Indiana.
