Homeschool Chances

I'm looking at top economics programs within reach (not top colleges, specifically their economics achievements)

A little worried about lack of EC's but I really tried to push my senior year in all aspects. I've listed the classes I intend to take on my transcript for applications with asterisks for grades/credit.

Here are my stats:
4.0 GPA
4.13 GPA - W
4.0 College GPA (9 credit hours so far, 18 expected by graduation)
AP Calc AB (yeah, my only one, but I do have a ****ton of dual enrollment classes to make up for it)
2000 SAT (650 M, 640 CR, 710 W) - to be retaken in October
184 PSAT
Obvious focus on economics/government in transcript, I fulfill state requirements in all aspects but go above (1.5 credits over) in government-related social studies

Texas Boys State 2013 (minor election yet prolonged effective role in program)
Team Policy Speech + Debate - 1yr - (got into it late)
National Honor Society - Treasurer 2012-2013, 2013-2014 elections not yet held, expecting VP/Pres
Yearbook - 2yrs - charter member at co-op, writer/editor/photography, covered grad. ceremony

159.5hrs Community Service including leadership-related volunteering.
Volunteering was diverse, everything from kids to animals to events to libraries to food banks to... yeah.

Retail job, given front-end management opportunities (73mil annual revenue store) within 3.5mos of hiring. Not actual shifts, just control of the floor while supervisor doing interviews/on break/whatever. Employer cannot legally disclose so it's essentially just my word.

Schools I'm looking at:
UT-Austin (in-state)
TAMU (in-state)(probably safety)

UWisc-Madison (due to renowned public policy econ, which is exactly what I want to go into)
UMinn-TC (due to high-ranking econ)
University of Chicaco (just kidding)
UC-something (not sure- LA? SD?)
Michigan Ann Arbor
Cornell (probably a very major reach)

Feel free to suggest other schools that might be a match that I might be missing.

Oh yeah. Not sure if it’s important but I’m 16 (birthday mid-Oct), white male, TX resident. All standardized tests so far taken at 15 or younger. HS Math + Science state reqs fulfilled at 15.

Why don’t you think you have a chance at UChicago or Cornell? Disregarding that fact that you’ve been homeschooled (as I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing in adcoms’ eyes…?), you have great stats! If you bump up your SAT another 100 points–won’t be too hard, especially now that you’re much older–both those schools will be within reach for you. :)

because it seems as if even people with >2200’s are still being told ‘eh, possibly’, so I figure that chopping a couple hundred points off that would be a pretty much guaranteed out.

I’m also interested in smaller but reputed schools that I may not have heard of, but I’m not sure exactly which
