<p>The University of Oklahoma boasts that they have more NMFs (per capita?) than any other university. Check out their website for an honors college. The University of Alabama also buys NMFs, and they have an honors program.</p>
<p>Univ. of Arizona and Arizona State both have honors colleges and have very good NMF packages.</p>
<p>ASU and U of Arizona are certainly one honors college that offers good merit funding.
