Honors Roommates?

After receiving all my acceptances/rejections from all the other schools I applied to, and seeing all my financial aid packages (or lack thereof), I have pretty much decided to go to Pitt's Honors College on the full-tuition scholarship they gave me.

I started looking on Facebook and a few roommate finder websites, and I couldn't find a way to just look for other Honors College students.

Is there anyone that knows how to find one, or anyone that is in the same situation as me?

Congrats!

Unless you want to apply to live in the Honor’s Dorm (which next year is Sutherland) your roommate does not need to be “in” the Honors College.

At Pitt the Honors College is a program that you can take advantage of as much or as little as you like - not a separate school or program.

So depending on where you choose to live, you don’t need a roommate who was also accepted into the Honor’s Program.

Thank you!!!

My plan was to live in an Honors Dorm, so I assume my roommate will have to be in the Honors College.

I believe that last year D started talking to other incoming freshman and if she seemed to have something in common with them she would ask where they were thinking about living…that kind of thing. No actual honors blog on Pitt facebook.
