The IR in Madison is okay, the department isn't that hot or anything plus the major is now called international studies.
If you do it in madison, its easy to pickl up a political science major on the way coz its so overlapped.
I don't know abouit BYU, but if it was left to me to choose I'd goto NYU.</p>
