<p>Hello! I'm a hopeful freshmen going to a crappy school here in South Florida, but I plan on transferring to UChicago in a few years.</p>

<p>I'm doing some volunteer work at my library and the Republican Party of Miami-Dade. I'm joining the student government in the Fall, I also joined a program called Alternative Breaks. I'll be helping out underprivileged children in 3rd world countries. Once grades come in after my summer term I'll apply to the honors college at FIU (university I'm attending) and we'll see where that goes.</p>

<p>HS grades? College GPA? SAT scores? Transfer admissions at nearly all highly selective schools are nearly impossible; typically at least 3x more difficult then freshman admissions.</p>
