I frequently use it as an ingredient in addition to the obvious use as a drizzle/topping. I use it to help cut acidity and add a subtle heat in sauces, chili, etc. But the use that my family likes best is as an addition to the caramelized onions that I often make as a topping for sandwiches, burgers, pizza, etc. Adds to the caramelization and the sweet heat accentuates the flavor of the onions themselves.
