<p>I've filled out my whole application besides the roommate matching. Is my app essentially submitted? Or do I have to find a roommate first? How do I elect for a random one? I don't think I'm able to pay the fee yet because I'm stuck on step 8.</p>
<p>I believe Step 8 (which is optional) is the last one until you get assigned a room. You should have paid in the application fee in Step 7?</p>
