Housing Contract

<p>For many schools, it seems like you can complete the Housing Contract before you are admitted? If you sign a Housing Contract, does that mean you signed a binding contract to attend the University if admitted? In other words, can I finish the college housing process without deciding if I'm going to attend the University? </p>

<p>Many school may have a housing deposit or housing application deadline early, but I don’t think they would have the contract early as they would not know how many students would enroll. They would not possible to have a dorm room for all applicants.</p>
