Housing/Dorm room styles, are they all single rooms?

Are all the dorms single bedrooms with shared common space?
Does anyone know what the style will be with the new dorm complex scheduled to be completed summer 2018?

Will Freshman be in the new dorm complex?

The new dorm is scheduled to open for Fall 2018, my UAH son said. It will be for upperclassmen. As for the style of dorms that UAH has, I believe all are single rooms with a shared common area.
