USC Housing in Troy Hall Spring 2010

I need to find a replacement (female!) for my housing contract. I am leaving because I have been elected to a position in my sorority and am required to live in the sorority for the spring semester. Believe me, I am very sad to leave this incredible apartment in Troy and my wonderful roommates.

The USC housing office encouraged me to find my own replacement. If you are a 2010 spring transfer, this would be a great opportunity for you.
The requirements per USC housing are:
1) You must be a USC student with a valid USC ID;
2) You must not be currently in USC housing
3) You must be a girl.

This spacious two bedroom (4 person), two bath unitis located on University Ave at 30th between the campus and the row. There is a living room, dining area, bright and airy kitchen, enclosed patio area, and tons of storage. My three roommates are all sophomores, really nice and are in the Annenberg, Marshall, and Letters & Science schools. Troy Hall is air conditioned, has a fitness facility, laundry room, customer service center, and an attached parking structure (extra cost for parking). The apartment is also very safe with lots of patrolling in the area.

Troy Hall is very much in demand and always fills up quickly. The housing office, however, will not tell you that there is an opening available in Troy as they are trying to fill their empty beds from the Fall first.

The rent is $3615 per semester.

Please message me if you are interested or want further details!
