<p>i asked this question before, but i never got a response in a different thread, so im creating a new one.</p>
<p>i paid for housing on may 12 and received an email with my payment receipt a couple of minutes afterwards. since may 12, i have received 2 emails addressed specifically to me saying that i have not paid for housing yet. i looked at myucla and it shows my housing payment in the history section. whats going on?</p>
<p>Hey, this happened to me too. I just called the housing office and they told me that I submitted a regular payment not the initial payment, which i believe they are wrong because i was sure that i submitted the initial payment. Just submit your initial payment again and i am pretty sure you will get a confirmation(receipt) that they ask you to print out. I think the problem is that you submitted your payment on weekend(12th) and the ucla server is broken or something. I submitted mine on the 5th and again yesterday.</p>
<p>i submitted mine when the time limit for my login ran out (this is for security i guess). even though it gave me a confirmation page, apparently it didn't follow through so i re-sent it, and i think it's fine now.</p>
