How are extracurricular activities for top colleges?

<p>So, I would just like to know how my extracurricular activities look for top colleges. This is mainly to assess my chances so that I can either limit or extend the amount of colleges on my list. Thanks to anyone who responds!
NHS- President 11-12
Student Council- President 9-12
Science Bowl Captain 12 (10-12) (team qualified for National Science Bowl)
County Superintendent Advisory Council
State Superintendent Advisory Council
Science Olympiad 9-12 State and regional medals
Quiz Bowl 11-12 qualified for NAQT Nationals
Debate 11-12 went to State Tournament
Volunteered for 180 hours at hospital
Volunteered for 70 hours with church
Music and Worship leader in Christian club
Did multiple summer programs and Governor's School during summer
Yeah......and that is about it! I appreciate all advice! I'm a senior so I am pleased with my accomplishments thus far, but I just do not know whether or not I have a legitimate chance at any top colleges. (4.0 GPA 2260 SAT)</p>
