How are my chances at a top 20??

I just started my junior year of high school and i want to go to Johns Hopkins university (or any other top 20 school) for premed. My current GPA is a 4.0 (about 4.8 weighted) but that might change because of the AP classes i'm taking this year >.<

Here is a list of the EC's that i'm involved in:

-interning at a cancer research facility for the past 1.5 years; also, i worked there full time during the summer, and next summer, i'll be getting paid
-spanish club, math team, and key club at school. i was in track and field last year and the year before, but i might not do it again this year because i feel like it will take away time from academics. i'm not currently in any leadership position in my clubs, because at my school, there's just one president and VP slot per club, and usually those go to the seniors.
-involved with a student leadership coalition in my community
-as a sophomore, i was my school's ambassador to the HOBY leadership seminar in my state
-violist at a prestigious orchestra at a preparatory
-music composer; i plan to turn my music into a book within the next 1-2 years

-i plan to join NHS, and also the spanish and science versions of NHS when the time comes and i become eligible.
-participated in a science program that was sponsored by the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, which i got into for free this summer after applying

do you think this is enough to get me into a top 20? is there anything i should do to make myself look better on my resume?

Why do you want to go to a “top 20” school? Because of YOUR interests or the names of the schools?

moose97 is right. Find colleges that are right for you! Prestige is nothing, fit is everything!

Forget NHS. No school actually cares about that nonsense.

Interning is really interesting.

It is too early for anybody to comment on your chances. College chance stands on four pillars, one is GPA which you have in abundance, second is either SAT or ACT scores where higher is better, you do need good SAT 2 scores too and of course ECs and yours are good. Work hard, take as many practice tests as you can take (preferably proctored) and then take your SATs or ACT. Get a great score, come back and ask the above Q.
