I'm a junior in high school currently, and next year I might have the amazing opportunity to take up to 2 classes per semester at Case for free. To apply, I need to come up with a list of classes that I would like to take.

I want to be on a premed track in college, so I thought that it would be really nice if I got a head start on the more difficult premed subjects like organic chemistry. I'll only have 3 high school classes next year (AP US gov, AP biology, and AP physics), so I'll have more time to focus on organic chemistry than I would as a full-time college student.

I was thinking about taking organic chemistry classes: either introductory or regular. But I'm scared about organic chemistry supposedly being a "weed out" class. I figured the introductory classes would be better than the regular classes, but I don't know how much better. So how difficult are the introductory classes, and how difficult are the regular classes?

By the way, I'm doing well in AP chemistry, if that's any indicator for how well I'll do in organic chem.

Thanks for your help. <3
