I looked back to my Common App just to check out my social security number (I don't know it by heart) and I just noticed that I had forgotten a citizenship... MY US CITIZENSHIP! I listed that I have Brazilian citizenship (which is true) but I also have US citizenship. I have no idea how this will affect everything since I've already been accepted to Ohio State University (which is a Common App school). So my question is, how badly does this lack of clarification hurt my application for higher-up schools? Maybe I'm overreacting, but my heart absolutely sank when I saw it...

So you added a SSN and didn’t put in that you were a US Citizen? Who knows, some schools may admit you as a foreign student on that basis. Hard to say, but you should always be accurate and try to fix things when you find an error.
