<p>I have a trick I use. First I have a really loud alarm. My problem is that I keep hitting snooze until I am almost late. Now, I get up and tell myself, if I get ready quick enough I can go back to bed for a little. I get ready really quick because all I can think about is getting back in my warm bed. Then I have time to sleep for a half hour if I want and since I’m already dressed all I have to do is grab my stuff and go. Or by then, I am up and dressed and thinking logically and don’t go back to bed. Then I’m up early. It is just when I’m half asleep and not thinking rationally that I let myself do it, so by saying you just have to get ready real quick and can be back in bed in 15 minutes I get up right away. You could also meet someone to walk to class or get coffee. It also helps if you have your stuff packed and clothes out, so that getting ready is easier.</p>

<p>Also, try taking naps. If you can’t get to bed early, then get to bed often :)</p>

<p>Go to sleep earlier. 4:30 is not a good bedtime unless it’s saturday or sunday morning.</p>
<p>Stay up all night one night and then go to bed at like 9.</p>
