How competitive am i for an ROTC scholarship?

I’m from New Jersey, not really a military producing state, but i was wondering if i would qualify for an ROTC scholarship and if so what kind?

3.35 gpa
25 act
4 year varsity soccer player
Captain of soccer team
Involved in Model UN and student government
Honors and AP classes
Numerous volunteer church activities

I want to major in political science/international relations

I have experience within only Army ROTC.

At least you meet the basic eligibility requirements which are 2.5 GPA and 19 for ACT.

I’ve seen data that shows 4-year scholarship winners have an average of 3.6 GPA and around 1270 for SAT. That equates to roughly a 28 on the ACT.

What’s your class rank?

I don’t have as much insights into Navy ROTC scholarships but I do know an overwhelming % of their winners major in the hard sciences and engineering. I don’t think your changes are good at getting a scholarship with the Navy with your stats above and projected major of political science/international relations.
