I was looking into studying abroad in the future though a direct exchange from Alabama to another university abroad sometime during my sophomore, junior, or senior years. I read on the website that placements are competitive, but how competitive are they? Do most students get rejected? What can I do to put myself in the best position to get one of these exchanges? For reference, I will be a freshman in the fall studying International Business.
