How competitive is the Keble/Oxford exchange?

<p>Though I am only attending as a freshman, it's never too early to prepare. I did a brief search and people postulated that it's quite competitive. I understand, with econ and gov being the most popular major and all. </p>

<p>Are there anything specific inputs anyone can provide to maybe give me a more concrete view on things?</p>

<p>It is very competitive. Only 2-4 are chosen to go every year from a large pool of applicants - most are juniors, all have high GPAs 3.7+.</p>

<p>If you really want to go to Oxford, go to Williams and do the Exeter program – it is less restrictive and runs a whole year.</p>
