Stop worrying ! When you get to college ,you will meet many new people ,and hear about great classes . Some people enjoy a class and decide to explore the major they took a class in . Or you may be inspired by a teacher or event . Most people I know chose something that was aligned with there interests AND they felt they could be good at it . Many people major in something ,and get a job that has nothing to do with their major . I would pay more attention to doing your best in high school ,and doing well on tests like the SAT . It will all fall into place !

There are two really helpful questions to ask yourself in this situation:

1) What do I want my future career to be? (doesn’t have to be specific; try and make a list of personal and lifestyle goals, wants, and needs and then make a list of careers that would facilitate them)

2) Which classes do I enjoy most?

If you are able to answer either of those questions, you should be given at least a field.
