How do I apply to an undergrad program to the University of Cambridge if I live in the US?

I am going to 9th grade here in the States (or grade 9, as referred to in the UK), and the University of Cambridge is high on my list as one of the colleges I would like to go come 2018. I want to pursue a career in computer science, specifically in software engineering, and would possibly like to work for Canonical, Google, or some of the other software giants in London. The main reasons I would like to Cambridge are their world-renowned prowess, the ability to get a Bachelors in 3 years and a Masters a year after (it would take longer to do so in the typical US/Canadian college), and because of the more laid-back, open-minded, and cricket-tolerant culture (being of Indian descent, I love the sport, and most of my friends either see it as baseball with a rock and 2-by-4 or don't even know it exists :|) in the UK--not to mention the UK has Steven Moffat, director of Doctor Who and Sherlock! Anyway, I was wondering how one would be able to do under-graduate studies at Cambridge if he or she lived in the United States lived the US, and what someone doing this would need to have/do. I currently have a 4.0 GPA, as high school courses were offered at my middle school, which I took.

Thanks

Yes, you can apply, but the entrance requirements are steep. To quote from the Cambridge website:
