Yes. Back in the mid to late 1990s there was a shortage - kids were getting out of school making $100K a year. (I worked in the industry.) Then a glut. Not sure what the pandemic has done (burnout, etc.)
UMBC (Univ of Maryland Baltimore County) is located 15 min outside of the city of Baltimore.
The University of Maryland, Baltimore is located in the city of Baltimore.
To make things more confusing, there is a University of Baltimore! (Also located in the city.)
