How do my chances look for these schools?

My stats are:

Grade: Rising Senior

GPA: 3.882 UW/ 4.88W. I am not sure about a trend. Freshman year I had 1 B and Junior I had 1.5 B's in Chem and Chem lab (together).

SAT I: Lets assume my summer prep works out and I get to a 2200+ (I have a 770 in Writing after 2 weeks of prep so I am hopeful about others after prep). Third try.

SAT II: USH: 750. Math II and Biology in November: Projected 770+ from several practice tests for both.

AP's so far: Microeconomics- Sophomore (5), AP Calc AB (4-5), AP Language and Composition (4-5), AP Chemistry (2-3, teacher's husband got very sick so we had a sub most of the year), AP US History (5).

AP's Senior (next) year: Calc BC, Environmental, Biology, Psychology, Literature. This along with honors physics and marketing and AP Biology lab.

Extracurriculars:

Soccer (9th, JV)

Tennis (9-12, Varsity)

DECA (9-10, member, nothing special)

EAC (10-12, Secretary 11, Big Pond Clean up project)

Math League (10-12, just the competition)

Key Club (10-12, 200+ hours, member)

Mock Trial (10-12, Treasurer, Attorney)

NHS (11-12, member)

Science Olympiad (10-12, 14th in state for anatomy, member. My other events got canceled both years =()

Debate Club (11-12, founder, Board member 11th, president 12th, attempting to set up an inter school debate competition within the district). I think I will succeed in setting up a competetion with other schools involved. Hopefully this debate competetion will last but I think it might be considered a good EC.

Charity Work (family charity, all years, work with children's cases and make sure money gets where it needs to be. Important job and a real charity so it might be impressive). A good 200+ hours.

I am also doing some research at UD this summer and am working independently (my 11th grade summer) on a project but it most likely won't be published. This will add about a 100 hours to my volunteering hours.

I also do Tae-Kwan-Do which I did for 3 years (Sophomore-Senior year)

I also played piano recretionally for all four years but it was more of a hobby. I did take a class so I don't know if this is any good EC. I am not nearly good enough to submit a supplement.

Volunteering:

50-100 hours at a dental spa (Junior year)

100-150 hours of research (Junior year)

I would say a safe 115+ hours of the Charity to be safe although I did it much more. I am not sure what hours were actually counted. (all four years).

50-75 hours at a hospital. I am doing it currently and although they said the maximum was 75 hours, it looks like I will be getting 60 total (only Junior year).

48 hours at a state park (Sophomore-Junior year)

Awards:

AP Scholar with Honor certain. It is possible I will get the distinction one too but most likely only honor. Depends on my Chemistry AP score.

Department award- Spanish award (best student) sophomore year. Anatomy award (best student) Junior year. US History award (best student) Junior year. Straight/mostly A's award Freshman year. Second in school district competetion for Academic Bowl (but only 2 teams).

Essays:

Will be great I hope. I will be spending at least 2 months on each.

Recommendations:

Will be great. Some teachers actually told me that they would be really good. These recommendations will come from Math and Science but I can also get similar recommendations from a writing and spanish teacher and the vocab, grammar, and overall structure will be better (but the actual recommendation will be at the same level).
