That seems like a pretty basic path for pre-med and a lot of my friends follow similar patters.

Is Chem Lab included in General Chemistry? Becuase you need lab with it!

Do you think you can handle 1 more class? At Hopkins we have most pre-meds taking like ~15-16 credits/semester.

I recommend some sort of Biology perhaps? Depends on your major!

Seems ok though :)

I did drop the seminar and added an astronomy course to bump it to 15 credits. And the chem is w/ a lab. Thanks

Curious…do you need astronomy for something? At least for med school, it doesn’t count for anything (it’s not considered physics, as I recall). Why not take the seminar (if it’s required) and a behavioral science course to get that req’t out of the way? If the seminar’s not required, I’d take the psych class + another gen ed (perhaps your arts GE or something). Or you could add Gen Bio I – most pre-meds take that first sem freshmen yr.

Unless it is purely physics based astronomy it won’t count (you will probably have to appeal amcas as it is). However, if you are interested in astronomy I definitely suggest that you take it. College isn’t just about getting into medical school. Have time for your interests.
