<p>All it says on the housing website is early August. I have been checking to see if early August might mean “late July” regularly since last week. 
I guess since it didn’t come today I’ll now be testing the meaning of “early August” daily.</p>
<p>So I put I am allergic to smoke (I only kind of am), but hows that different than saying I’m not a smoker and request a non-smoker?</p>
